Meet the farmer

Hello, thanks for visiting our website. I’m Viv and I run Downacres Farm. I’m passionate about the land and producing food from it as sustainably as I can. My smallholding is off-grid and maintaining its wildlife and biodiversity  are at the centre of all I do. My Shetland sheep fit beautifully into my self-sufficient life style here in this wonderful part of Devon.

In the heart of Devon

At the top of Wembworthy Down over looking the secluded Hayne Valley sits Downacres Farm, 15 acres of lush Devon countryside that are home to our wonderful Shetland sheep.
